Skillet Tomato Chicken Pasta
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
- 2 Chicken breast
- 1/4 of an onion
- 4″ Stalk of Celery
- 3 tblsp Olive oil
- 2 tblsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 pack of Spaghetti
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- your favorite vegetable
1. Add garlic to the boiling water; Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Brown chicken celery, garlic and onion in large skillet while pasta is cooking; drain.
3. Add tomatoes; and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
