Jerk steak, BBQ chicken assorted grilled veggies
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 1 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 milk
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh or dry parsley
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
Directions
Set a stockpot of water to boil over high heat, Add the Garlic.
Clean and cut cauliflower into small pieces. Cook in boiling water for about 6 minutes, or until well done. Drain well; do not let cool and pat cooked cauliflower very dry between several layers of paper towels.
In a bowl in a food processor or mash potato masher , puree the hot cauliflower with the milk, parsley, and salt until almost smooth.

Preferably let the steak sit in the marinade over night.

Directions:
Coat the vegetables with Olive oil and McCormick Italian Herb Seasoning.
Then grill to your liking.
